Site visit
Call between October and the end of January. We will visit within two weeks to measure, look at the house and grade, and talk about how you want to use the space.
Spring build list
Call in winter. Enjoy it by spring.
Our spring list is 20 builds, and it has filled by mid-February each of the last three years. Calls after that move to the summer and fall list, which usually has room.
Saturday site visits are available by appointment, November through February.
We called in November like June told us to, and our deck was done the second week of April. Our neighbors called in April and got theirs in August.Rhonda P., Salem
Drawing + written price
Within ten days of the visit, you receive a drawing and a line-by-line price.
Hold your slot
A $1,000 deposit holds your spring build slot and comes off the final bill.
Permits
In February, we pull the Roanoke County, Botetourt County or city permit needed for the job.
Build season
Footings start in early March, and the last spring builds finish by Memorial Day.
